Service Design looks at adding value for both users and providers by improving not only ease of use, satisfaction, or esthetics, but also by improving the systems and operational processes behind them. This seminar will explore the strategies and processes that professional Service Designers use to tailor services to the desires and needs of the user.

Collaborating with Namahn, the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven offers a new course on the design of man-machine interaction. This course is in Dutch and provides a broad view on the essential steps in the user-centered design process. It makes this process applicable for both hardware and software design.
