If you're involved in designing user interfaces, you want to achieve an engaging, productive and safe experience for your users … and you'll be all too well aware that good intentions are not enough. You need a broad set of methods and techniques in Human-Centered Interaction Design (HCID). Practical advice and feedback from experienced HCID professionals also help.
On 27-28 March, 19-20 June, and 25-26 September 2012, Namahn will be conducting the next edition of its master class on human-centered interaction design. You can spend two days gaining hands-on experience and real insight into the HCID methods and techniques we have developed in the course of hundreds of projects over twenty years.
Led by Tom Stevens and featuring contributions from Koen Peters, Joannes Vandermeulen, Kristel Van Ael and Johan Van Maldeghem, this highly practical master class challenges the know-how of a small group of participants and teaches them how to apply HCID techniques the Namahn way. Intensive, hands-on and intimate, the master class takes place in our library and design studio in central Brussels.
Methods and techniques include:
For most of these items, an introduction to theory is followed by a group exercise and a discussion of results.
