Namahn redesigns brusselnieuws.be
On 20 October 2010, the news portal of Brussel Nieuws went live. Namahn assisted the editorial staff of brusselnieuws.be with the design and development of a much improved news portal, integrating audio and video, supplemented by editorials by the dedicated news team.
After defining the strategy and positioning of the news portal in the Brussels context, Namahn conducted a series of workshops with the client team. During these collaborative workshops, we designed both the information architecture and the in-page interactions. The wireframes illustrated in-page interactions and details before any development work was performed. Additionally, Namahn created the visual design, presenting the end-product to the team of developers.
In close cooperation with the development partner dotProjects, the news portal came alive. We followed the development process step-by-step, providing additional explanations or even additional designs as required.
