Any organisation that provides services is continuously trying to improve its services. What’s new with Service Design is the use of a human-centered approach together with design thinking. In the service design methodology, we start from the experience of the users and we search together with them and your staff for solutions. Ideas are quickly made concrete by means of visuals and models.
Together with VVSG and Design Flanders, Yellow Window and Namahn designed a toolkit to help organisations to implement a service design process. During the workshop you’ll get to know about service design in general and the use of some tools from the toolkit in particular.
